The value of a classmate is the relationship with no strings attached. We need to have friends but close friendships don't just happen. Many of us struggle to meet people and develop quality connections. Though we are at our golden age, it's never too late to make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and greatly improve our social life, emotional health, and overall well-being.
The gathering of the 1st Friday group must thank Wong Poh Chan and Ong Shin Tiad for their effort to get us together.

The 1st Friday Group met as usual.
The same old conversation continues.
The same old music entertains us.
It was a good meeting.
Read a quote somewhere that life does not get better by chance; it gets better by change.
So it is "changing nothing, nothing changes".
Bee Sim and Cheng Wah tasted the 1st Thursday for a change .
On Thursday evening, there were two singers; One is a pretty lady and another guy named Paul Loh who is Mr Elvis Presley of Penang. Now a good friend of ours. He is seated with us and even offered to buy us a stout. He is an old friend of Bee Sim. He rendered some nice songs including 'Always on my mind', 'Are you lonesone toninght', 'My Way', 'Blue Hawaii' etc
